In the event you are not happy with your purchase we will try to be as helpful as possible. Please read more about what merchandise is able to be returned below.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure measurements have been checked for delivery when navigating doorways, stairwells, elevators and corridors. It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure new furniture fits comfortably into designated space. Blueprint is not responsible for furniture that does not fit. Under these circumstances we cannot provide a refund.
Most products available for purchase on our website will indicate lead time on their respective product pages. Blueprint is not able to guarantee products will be available to ship when not in stock. When merchandise is in stock, we do our best to ensure goods are delivered to you promptly within 1 - 2 weeks. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic shipments have been incurring some delays.
We will do our best to ensure your order is prompt and in good condition. Unfortunately, damages sometimes occur during transit. If damage has occurred, please contact us immediately within 24 hours after receiving. Please send us photos and details of your claim and we will be in touch promptly.
If the packaging is damaged on arrival, please note this when signing for your delivery. If no mention is made of external visual issues on the driver's delivery document we cannot be responsible for any damage within. Please take a photograph of the driver’s copy when claiming delivery damage.
Returns are only possible if the item is defective or as a result of damage during delivery.
Orders may be cancelled up to 2 days from the date of purchase. To cancel your order, simply call 613.761.1289 or email email@example.com within the 2 days and Blueprint will refund your purchase.

When furniture is made-to-order it is not able to be cancelled after 4 days from the date of purchase. Deposits are refundable up to the end of the fourth day and non-refundable thereafter. After 3 days any in-stock furniture purchased if cancelled may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Blueprint Floor model sales are final and non-refundable.
When purchasing products made from leather, wood, linen, concrete and other fabrics naturally occurring variation may occur. Samples on display always strive to be a good representation of the item.
A 50% deposit is required when placing an order when not in stock. Payment in full is required when ordering in-stock items. Deliveries or pick ups cannot be confirmed until the final balance has been resolved.
Local deliveries are determined when purchasing. Deliveries outside our local range must be confirmed by a quote. If the delivery destination has additional stairs or obstacles an additional fee may be assigned. Please disclose any such extra steps at point of sale.
White glove service provided for $150 for the Ottawa region. This service includes a two-person team to place the furniture into your home and remove all packing materials. Additional fee will be available upon request for onsite assembly.
Blueprint will not knowingly publish inaccuracies regarding pricing or specifications but, sometimes these errors occur. We reserve the right to refund purchases with pricing or specification errors. We will contact you first to discuss if such an error is noticed.
